Users can utilize the catalog room to study and read books consulted from the library. The tables are spacious, allowing books, notebooks, and laptops to be comfortably arranged for an efficient study experience.
In this room, there is an active Internet connection service using Wireless Fidelity (Wi-Fi) technology, managed by the Municipality of Gorizia and promoted by the Isontina State Library of Gorizia. This service aims to improve citizens’ access to information and knowledge, facilitating study, research, and documentation activities, as well as offering a service to cultural tourists.
The Wi-Fi zone is available in the internal garden, the catalog room, the outdoor loggias on the first floor, and the reading room on the second floor.
There are also two stations for consulting the BiblioEST catalog and One LEGALE, an intelligent search system with advanced features, providing easy access to top legal content for your professional activities.
To maintain a quiet study environment, users are asked to respect the library’s code of conduct by avoiding excessive noise and loud conversations.
The Library is open from Monday to Friday from 7:45 AM to 6:45 PM, and on Saturdays from 7:45 AM to 1:15 PM.
