Users can use the consultation room to study and read books consulted from the library. The tables are spacious, allowing books, notebooks, and laptops to be comfortably arranged for an efficient study experience.
To maintain a quiet study environment, users are asked to follow the library’s rules of conduct by avoiding excessive noise and loud conversations.
The Library is open from Monday to Friday, from 7:45 AM to 6:45 PM, and on Saturdays from 7:45 AM to 1:15 PM.
Book distribution begins at 8:15 AM and ends at 6:00 PM, and on Saturdays at 1:00 PM.

Readers are responsible for the works they receive until they are returned to the distribution desk.
Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the Library, and remaining in the reading and consultation room and the newspaper room for purposes other than study is not allowed.
